How to safely cut 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide for use with Breathe Again…Naturally X4 Concentrate.

End result is gaining a single Airomatherapy session delivering 2.25% Hydrogen Peroxide & X4 Lung Disinfectant at the same time.
Proper use of a Pulse Oximeter to observe your O2 levels.

You will need: Latex or plastic gloves, a sink with running water, a 2 Cup measuring cup, One gallon of distilled or spring water & two spare empty containers with lids & labels. One at least 2 cups capacity to put your finished 4.5% hydrogen peroxide in.
The other about the size of a cough syrup bottle to put your X4/2.25% H2O2 in. Label each jar.

Put on gloves & safety glasses. Work near sink in case you need to rinse off.

Dilute 1/4 cup of your 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide half in half with distilled water. That makes it 17.5% and you now have a 1/2 cup of it.

Then dilute this 1/2 cup of 17.5% again half in half with more distilled water. That makes it approx 9% and you have a full cup of it.

Then take your full cup of 9% and dilute it once more half in half with distilled water which makes it approx 4.5% hydrogen peroxide and now you have 2 cups of it. Label this jar 4.5% H2O2.

Put away your dangerous 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide as we are done with it.

Now take a small amount (a shot glass would work) of your now labeled 4.5% hydrogen peroxide and pour it into your other jar or bottle. Fill the shot glass again with X4 and pour it into the same jar. Now you have a mixture of X4 & 2.25% hydrogen peroxide. Label this bottle X4/2.25% H2O2. Loosly put a lid on it because pressure may build. You have just premixed a solution that will last about 2 days. The Hydrogen Peroxide will lose it’s power after that.
This mix is ready to pour in nebulizer. Do not use a mask or mouthpiece. Open pipe and hold it near your mouth & nose to inhale. Keep a little distance (like an inch) between your mouth & nose and the open pipe. This stuff is strong. If it burns, back away a bit & continue….If burning persists stop using.
