Breathe Again…Naturally! X4 Concentrate Uses & Recipes

Nebulizer: Breathe Again…Naturally X4 Concentrate is used full strength in a nebulizer or other similar fine mist machine. Pour into injection cup to the line, refill as necessary to get a 15 minute session. Repeat morning & evening or as desired. Cough stuff up & clear those sinuses!

Nose & Throat: Dilute 50/50 with distilled water. Powerful tool.

Eyes & Face: Dilute 25/75 (¼ X4 + ¾ water) Eyedropper may be used. Pleasant & refreshing!

General Sanitizer: Same as above. For deodorant, hands, doorknobs, steering wheel, etc. Non-Staining. Not slimy. Non-toxic.

Cinnamon/Clove Throat Spray & Mouthwash: Dilute 25/75 and add in a few drops of essential oils of cinnamon and clove, then sweeten with pure organic “Mothers brand” stevia powder. Tastes great!

Emergency Gargle: 1 Teaspoon of X4 full strength in an emergency, NOT pleasant! For best results, do not rinse mouth after using any X4 throat spray or gargle. Let it set.

Wound & Insect Bite: May be used full strength for insect bites & wound care. A staple for First Aid kits.

Alcohol-Free Ear Care: Carefully clean canal with X4 full strength, then use a dropper to put in one drop.

Foot & Toenail: Apply full strength X4 Concentrate or mix in a drop or 2 of Tea Tree & Oregano into a teaspoon of X4.
